Minimum Delivery:
All orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge - any order below this value will incur a charge.

Warranty:
We warrant that at the date of delivery, the goods will comply with the warranties implied by the Sale of Goods Acts 1979 (as amended) and with all requirements of the Food Safety Act 1990 and all other applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms:
If credit terms have not been established payment on delivery is required. Otherwise unless other arrangements have been agreed, all invoices must be paid within 7 days. In the event of an account being in arrears, we have the right to withhold further supplies. Ownership of all goods delivered to customers shall remain with us until full payment has been received in respect of those goods or others. Until ownership passes, you must insure the goods for our benefit.

Cages:
Cages, pallets and crates are not included in the price of the goods and remain our property.

Split Cases:
A charge may be applied for split cases.

Returns:
In the event of returns, contact your local branch who will organise the appropriate paperwork.

Claims:
Refer to our full Terms of Trading, available by fax on request.

Limits of Liability:
Our liability for breach of contract (including defective goods, claims about quality or condition, or short or wrong delivery) shall be limited at our option to replacement of the goods/making up any shortfall, or a refund. A refund includes the issue of a credit note, and shall be a proportionate part of the order prices where appropriate. The above does not exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
