Through regular contact with designated telesales operators a clear understanding of individual business requirements can be developed. Each telesales contact will organise a structured call schedule, offer product information, hold historical order information and recommend suitable new products.

Every customer has a dedicated telesales contact in their local dbc branch. This ensures continuity and helps form a relationship between customers and each dbc foodservice order point. We pride ourselves in forming partnerships with our customers rather than simply supplying them. Each telesales person is professional, experienced and courteous, whilst being extremely knowledgeable about the foodservice arena – a major factor in our Newmarket team winning the Pritchitts ProWholesaler Top Telesales Depot in 2005
