Every customer has a dedicated telesales contact in their local dbc branch. This ensures continuity and helps form a relationship between customers and each dbc foodservice order point. We pride ourselves in forming partnerships with our customers rather than simply supplying them. Each telesales person is professional, experienced and courteous, whilst being extremely knowledgeable about the foodservice arena – a major factor in our Newmarket team winning the Pritchitts ProWholesaler Top Telesales Depot in 2005
Customers can call telesales to place their order, or can arrange for dbc to call them at a set time each week to ensure minimum disruption is caused to their busy working schedule - calling at pre-agreed 'quieter' times allows customers to concentrate on their own business
Alternatively DBC offer the option of ordering online 24/7 for any out of hours requirements.
Products are delivered on our fleet of NEW multi-temperature vehicles ensuring customers' full orders will be delivered in perfect condition.
Delivery schedules are agreed to ensure customers always have their products when they need them.
